Butter Beans Muffins 

Low carb, high protein, high fiber.

411kcal for 8 muffins. Not bad, right? Using only 4 ingredients.

  • one can of butter beans
  • 100g of eggwhites
  • baking powder
  • sweetener of choice
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Bake in a muffin form 150°C for about 30minutes.
  3. Bish bash bosh ready to serve! 

Btw. Sprinkles on the top are giving it a funny flavor!
