Low Carb Low Calorie Vanilla Pudding

For two/three servings you are going to need:

  • 1l of unsweetened Alpro almond milk
  • 20g of pure gelatin
  • liquid sweetener
  • vanilla extract
  • 100g of forest fruit mix
  1. Bring 150ml of water to boil.
  2. Add 20g of pure gelatin powder, let it melt.
  3. Put your milk, sweetener, gelatin and vanilla extract all into one bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Mixture into your favorite containers.
  6. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the fruits.
  8. Leave in the fridge for about 5hours.
  9. Ready to serve.
  10. Enjoy!
