For one serving you are going to need:

  • Egg whites
  • Xanthan gum
  • Granulated sweetener of choice
  1. Turn your egg whites into a soft peaks form.
  2. Add the xanthan gum and the sweetener.
  3. Keep the food processor whipping the eggs for about 3 minutes.
  4. Ready to go! Pretty simple, right?
